- Smoking is not allowed;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Events are not allowed;
- The rest period is between 22 pm and 8 am.
Booking rules
- Cleaning fee, per stay, is not included in the price;
- The host ( or someone of her trust ) will meet the guest there. We also do self check-in;
- Minimum stay-3 nights;
- Full refund for cancellelations up to 30 days before check in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking anda t least 14 days before check-in. After that, 502%refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.
