COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USER DATA

The User has the right to request, at any time, the rectification of their Personal Data, as well as the right to have their data completed.
RIGHT TO DELETE PERSONAL DATA (RIGHT TO BE “FORGOTTEN”)
The User has the right to obtain from TOI ET MOI the deletion of their data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed, as well as in the event that such data is illegally processed.

The User has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his privacy, to the processing of personal data concerning him, or when the processing is carried out for purposes other than those for which the personal data were collected , including defining profiles. BREACH OF PERSONAL DATA
In case of violation of Personal Data, TOI ET MOI undertakes to communicate the violation of the User’s personal data within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

This privacy policy may be changed without prior notice, however, information will always be provided about changes made to the TOI ET MOI website
The Privacy Policy, as well as the collection, processing or transmission of User data, are governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016.
Any disputes arising from the validity, interpretation and execution of the Privacy Policy must be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the judicial courts of the District of Ponta Delgada without prejudice to applicable mandatory legal rules.
